Perfect for the grandkids! Fripp Island is a 3000-acre private, gated island 19 miles outside of Beaufort, South Carolina. The island has 3.5 miles of beach, with two golf courses. One course is an oceanfront golf course. The second course is an award winning Davis Love III golf course with a beautiful marsh setting. The ten tennis courts are less than a city block from our house. The island sports miles of scenic bike paths, a fitness center, and Camp Fripp, a children’s recreation activity center.

A loft bedroom with queen bed and full bath complement the first floor spacious arrangement including a sleep sofa and a second full bath. An end unit assures good natural light, additional privacy, quiet, and lovely sunsets. An outdoor electrical outlet for golf carts is helpful. A great place to check out Fripp Island for retirement!
