Golf Vista Estates
Golf Vista Estates is an exclusive community located in Monee, Illinois, about an hour south of Chicago. A new clubhouse, complete with a modern kitchen facility, is the center for social activities such as dinner parties, bingo, card games, billiard, bocce and many other community events. Residents will also enjoy the 9 hole golf course. Senior must be 55 and older to live here. Children are not allowed as residents and may only visit about one week per month. The vast majority of residents are from in-state, with about 5% coming from outside of Illinois. Single family homes are for sale.
Cambridge at Carillon
This small community sits on just 377 acres in southwest Chicago. Single-family homes, condominiums and town homes are for sale. No children are allowed as residents, and their visits must be limited to 30 days per year. The minimum age for residents is 55, and the average age is 63. Most are from Illinois. There is also a 27 hole golf course and a large recreation center here.
