Oxford, Mississippi, with a population of 19,000 is the home to “Ole Miss”, the University of Mississippi.    ESPN Sportscenter has tagged Oxford as “the town that smells of bourbon and Chanel No. 5.”   It has also been named by USA Today as one of the top six college towns in the nation as well as one of the Best 100 Small Towns in America.
