Penn National Golf Course Community

Single family homes and condominiums are for sale at Penn National Golf Course Community, which is located in south central Pennsylvania, about 90 minutes from Baltimore and Washington, D.C.  Home sizes range in size from 1,000 to 3,800 square feet; condo sizes are 1,200 to 1,800 square feet.   There are no HOA fees per se, which is different from most other communities.  Fees for amenities are charges a la carte.   There are no age restrictions, and the average age is 60.  Children are allowed as residents.  About 80% of residents are from out-of-state, primarily Maryland, New York and New Jersey.  Amenities include two award-winning golf courses.  Discounts are available for those who would like to come check it out.

K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Saucon Valley

This small condominium community (38 acres) is located about 12 miles from Allentown in southeast Pennsylvania.  Condos range in size from 1,500 square feet to 1,800 square feet.  Residents must be 55 or older (the average age is 620, and the preferred minimum age is 45.  Children are not allowed as residents, and their visits must be limited to 60 days per year.  The vast majority of residents are from out-of-state.

K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Saucon Valley

Located about 30 miles east of Philadelphia, this community sits on 770 acres and offers single family homes for sale.  Homes  range in size from 1,600 square feet to 2,300 square feet.  One person in each household must be 55 or older and others in the home must be at least 18.  The average is 62.  Children are not allowed as residents and must limit visits to three months per stay.  Amenities include an 18 hole golf course.
