These luxurious resort vacation rentals are located one mile from Sunset Beach (voted “best beach on the east coast” by Duke University), a five minute drive “door to door,” and are on the Dan Maples golf course at Sea Trail Plantation. All of our condos have all the amenities of home and more and are great places for those checking out retirement destinations and vacationers alike. The condos range in size from the 400 sq. ft. Deluxe Minisuite to the 2,400 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 4 bath unit. There are three championship golf courses on-site, plus another 30 courses within a 15-minute drive. The condo is located about 20 miles north of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and 45 miles south of Wilmington, North Carolina.

Sit on the porch with your morning coffee and feel the ocean breezes filtering through the crepe myrtles. Then, casually stroll two blocks to the beach. As you go past … stop in for a newspaper or donut. On the way back from your “sun soak,” grab a pizza or sub sandwich and ice cream for dessert. Then, walk or rent a bike for an afternoon visit to the pier to catch a few fish. The day ends all too quickly at 38 Summer Cottage. What could be a better retirement?
